拉形轨迹对铝合金贮箱箱底瓜瓣拉形成形影响

【摘要】 拉形轨迹是蒙皮拉伸成形中的重点与难点,直接关系拉伸成形的蒙皮类零件质量好坏,本文利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对三种典型的拉形成形轨迹对铝合金贮箱箱底瓜瓣拉形成形影响进行了分析,并进行了试验验证。得到了拉形轨迹过于靠近内侧,成形力不能有效的传递到成形区域而过于集中在模具的圆角处,零件的应变分布不均匀,成形效果较差;如果拉形轨迹过于靠近外侧,零件产生较大的变形,成形过程中在过渡圆角处有断裂的危险。
【Abstract】 The trajectory is the key and difficult point in the process of skin stretch forming, It is directly related to the quality of the skin parts of the stretch forming. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the effect of the three typical trajectories on stretch forming of melon shaped bottom, and the experimental verification is carried out. The results show that if the trajectory of the stretch forming is too close to the inside, the forming force cannot be effectively transferred to the forming area and too concentrated in the fillet of the mold, the strain distribution of the parts is not uniform, and the forming effect is poor; If the trajectory is too close to the outside, the part have a large deformation, the transition fillet is at the risk of fracture in the formation process.
