热处理对Ti2AlNb合金板材组织和高温拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 Ti2AlNb合金是具有重要应用前景的航空航天高温结构材料之一,其具有良好的高温力学性能。Ti2AlNb合金在不同的热处理条件下,微观组织和力学性能演变复杂。本文通过在910℃~1000℃进行不同温度和保温时间热处理,研究了热处理条件对微观组织形貌和力学性能的影响。轧制板材在910℃-950℃热处理后获得的组织为双态组织,在970℃-1000℃热处理后获得的组织为等轴组织,并定量分析了热处理条件对相含量的影响。将不同温度热处理板材在650℃进行拉伸试验,热处理降低了材料的屈服强度降,提高了材料的延伸率,970℃和985℃热处理板材具有最佳的延伸率和良好断裂强度。
【Abstract】 The Ti2 AlNb-base alloy is one of the promising materials for high-temperature structure applications in the aviation and aerospace fields, which have excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature. The evolution microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloy are complicated under different condition of heat treatments. The article investigate the effect of heat treatment and microstructure on the mechanical properties after the heat treatments at temperature from 910℃ to 1000℃ and holding time. When the as-received materials were heat treated in the temperature from 910℃ to 950℃, bimodal microstructure was obtained. While the equiaxed microstructure was got when the heat treatments were conducted at the temperature of 970℃-1000℃. Furthermore, The evolution of volume of different phases were studied quantitatively. The tensile yield strength was lower at temperature of 650℃ after heat treatment, while the elongation improved notably. The maximum elongation and favorable breaking strength obtained after heat treatment at temperature of 970℃ and 985℃.
