某航空钛合金锻件用锻模夹心层梯度制造方法研究

【摘要】 为解决某大飞机关键钛合金构件模锻用锻模寿命低、成本高、制造周期长等问题,提出了一种"夹心层"梯度堆焊再制造的工艺方案。采用有限元数值模拟方法对锻模温度场和应力场进行分析,结合备选材料的性能优选出夹心层,过渡层和表面层材料,建立了该锻模的夹心层梯度堆焊再制造结构模型。结果表明:铸钢基体的工作温度不宜超过450℃;夹心层焊材在550℃-650℃温度区间压缩屈服强度下降了60.97%,高温力学性能急剧恶化,工作温度应为550℃以下;过渡层焊材与夹心层类似,当温度超过550℃后压缩屈服强度急剧下降;表面层焊材的压缩屈服强度随温度升高而缓慢降低,当温度超过650℃时压缩屈服强度高于其他三种材料,具有良好的高温力学性能;实际生产获得了满足质量要求的S形吊挂尾框锻件,模具寿命得到提高。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems such as low die life, high cost and long manufacturing cycle for the dies of the key aviation forgings made of titanium alloy, a new method, multiple-gradient-layer surfacing based on cast-steel matrix, was adopted to manufacture hot forging die. The temperature and stress field of the forging die are analyzed by finite element method, and the gradient surfacing layer is designed according to the different requirements to the thermal stability and strength of the materials. The results show that the cast-steel matrix shall work at temperatures below 450℃;The compression yield strength of sandwich layer declined 60.97% at 550℃-650℃, mechanical properties under high temperature deteriorated sharply, so its working temperature is below 550 ℃; The transition layer is similar to sandwich layer, compression yield strength decrease sharply when the temperature exceeds 550℃;The compressive yield strength of the surface layer decreased slowly with increasing temperature, when the temperature is above 650℃, the compressive yield strength is higher than the other three kinds of materials;Finally the forging die with good quality and long life was obtained.
