通用板材成形性试验机控制算法仿真和研究

【摘要】 板材成形试验机是用来测定金属板材工艺性能特性的仪器设备,金属板材的成形性能指标是板材加工成形工艺的重要依据。论文以BCS通用板材成形性试验机为研究对象,以改善试验机压边力控制精度为目的,将检测技术与自动控制技术相结合,采用PID控制算法实现试验机较高精度的控制。论文针对试验机的压边力控制系统进行了建模分析;针对系统基本参数进行求解并对最终模型进行Simulink模型构建;利用PID整定理论进行参数整定并最终进行仿真及对比实验。结果表明,应用理论整合后的PID控制比现场调解更能提高系统的性能,使系统跟踪能力和反应能力大大提高。
【Abstract】 Sheet forming machine is an equipment that used for measuring technical performance of metal plate, and forming performance indicator of sheet metal is the important basis of the forming process of plate processing. Based on BCS common plate forming test machine for research object, to improve the testing machine blank-holder force control accuracy, combined detection techniques with automatic control technologies, machine with high precision control is realized by using PID control algorithm. The paper analyses the pressure control system of the test machine; the basic parameters of the system were solved and the final model was built with the Simulink model; the simulation and comparison experiment were carried out by using PID integral theory. The results show that the PID control of the applied theory can improve the performance of the system more than the on-site mediation, and can improve the system tracking capability and responsiveness.
