铝合金蒙皮零件数控渐进成形几何精度和表面质量试验研究

【摘要】 数控渐进成形适合于小批量钣金零件快速低成本制造,但利用该工艺成形的零件几何精度低、表面质量差,极大地限制了该工艺的广泛应用。选取典型2A12铝合金样件,通过试验研究了工艺参数样件几何精度和表面质量的影响。同时提出了一种通过在成形工具与成形板料之间放置垫板从而改善表面质量的方法,实现了数控渐进成形零件表面无划痕。最后将优化的工艺参数和加垫去划痕方法应用于某型无人机蒙皮零件成形,得到了合格零件,并实现了装机应用。
【Abstract】 The incremental sheet forming, as a potential forming method, can realize the fast and low cost of small-batch sheet parts. Nevertheless, the problems of low geometrical accuracy and poor surface quality greatly limit the wide application of incremental sheet forming. In this paper, the typical 2A12 aluminum alloy parts are selected and the influence of the process parameters on geometric accuracy and surface quality are investigated with experiments. At the same time, this paper presents a method that placing the interpolater between blank and forming tool to improve the surface quality effectively, as a result that there are no scratches on the surface of parts formed with incremental sheet forming. Finally, the optimized process parameters and the interpolater method are applied to form a kind of unmanned aerial vehicle skin parts, getting qualified parts and realizing the installed application of parts.
