基于数值模拟和田口方法的V型钢辊弯成形工艺参数研究

【摘要】 纵向弓形是辊弯成形工艺中常见的缺陷之一。辊弯成形工艺参数对最终产品质量具有十分重要的影响。采用数值模拟和田口方法,以V型钢为例,研究了弯角增量、机架间距、摩擦系数和轧辊转速四个工艺参数对辊弯成形纵向弓形的影响。结果表明:弯角增量和机架间距对纵向弓形的影响较为显著,摩擦系数和轧辊转速的影响较小。通过信噪比分析表明,在弯角增量为20°、机架间距为170mm、摩擦系数为0.14、轧辊转速为1.5rad/s的情况下,纵向弓形结果最为理想。对最优工艺参数组合进行数值模拟,结果表明,优化后的工艺参数条件下得到的纵向弓形数值最小,与田口方法的预期结果较为符合。
【Abstract】 Longitudinal bow is one of he common defects in roll froming process that affect the final quality of the final product. Roll forming process parameters have a very important effect on the longitudinal bow.With the help of numerical simulation and taguchi method, the effect of bend angle increment, interdistance, friction coefficient and roll rotational velocity on a V-section profile product has been investigated. The results have shown that the most important parameters to longitudinal bow are bend angle increment and inter-distance while friction coefficient and roll rotational velocity are less important. By analyzing the result of signal-to-noise ratio, the result of longitudinal bow will be best when the bend angle increment is 20°, inter-distance is 170 mm, friction coefficient is 0.14 and roll rotation velocity is 1.5 rad/s. The result of the simulation made using the optimal parameters combination has shown the lowest value of longitudinal bow, which agrees well to the prediction of taguchi method.
