U形截面钛合金挤压型材热拉弯蠕变数值模拟

【摘要】 本文基于ABAQUS软件为平台,建立了U形截面钛合金挤压型材热拉弯蠕变精确成形工艺有限元仿真模型,进行了夹钳轨迹、热拉弯、蠕变和回弹等过程的有限元建模过程进行了分析;同时,进行了U型材仿真模型残余应力预测。并与A.Astarita [1-2]钛合金试验零件应变分布和残余应力分布对比,验证了模型的有效性,总结出在不同的加热温度和蠕变时间的作用下,残余应力的分布规律,对进一步优化实验工艺参数提供了工艺支撑。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the finite element model of hot stretch bending and creep forming process in U-section titanium alloy profile was created in ABAQUS software. The simulation is divided into five steps: design of clamp trajectory, bending, creep and springback. Moreover, a modeling of the process was executed in order to study the residual stress undergone by the material among the deformation. The simulation results were compared with the distribution of strain and residual stress experimentally measured in paper[1-2],which also verifies the correctness of the model. The distribution of residual stress connecting different heating temperature and creep time is derived from simulation results, It also gives theoretical basis optimization of experimental parameters
