基于摩擦磨损实验的冷挤压冲头数值模拟及涂层评价
Numerical Simulation of Cold Extrusion Punch and Coating Evaluation Based on Friction and Wear Test

【摘要】 针对模具磨损的问题,本文对模具用涂层进行了一个综合的评价。首先采用PVD电弧离子镀(AIP)技术成功制备了TiN、TiAlN、TiAlCrN涂层。然后使用显微硬度计测试了W6Mo5Cr4V2基底、TiN、TiAlN、TiAlCrN的维氏硬度值。通过洛氏硬度计和划痕仪定性和定量测定了TiN、TiAlN、TiAlCrN涂层结合力。通过划痕实验和金相图分析,分析出几种涂层与W6Mo5Cr4V2基底的结合力强弱大小。随后,通过HT-2001型POD销盘磨损仪对几个材料进行摩擦磨损实验。采用Dektak150型表面轮廓仪测量W6Mo5Cr4V2基体与几个涂层磨痕的表面形貌,并分别计算出了它们的磨损系数,评估了它们的耐磨性。最后,将得到的磨损模型以及材料系数应用到冷挤压有限元模型中,对涂层进行了进一步的评价。
【Abstract】 For the problem of wear of mold, a comprehensive evaluation of the coatings used in mold is carried out in this paper. Firstly, the TiN, TiAlN and TiAlCrN coatings were successfully coated on W6Mo5Cr4V2 substrate by the arc ion plating technique. And the Vickers hardness values of W6Mo5Cr4V2, TiN, TiAlN and TiAlCrN were measured by microhardness tester. The binding forces between coatings(TiN、Ti AlN、TiAlCrN) and W6Mo5Cr4V2 matrix were qualitatively and quantitatively determined by Rockwell hardness tester and scratch tester, respectively. Subsequently, the wear tests of several materials were conducted by the H-T2001 POD pin disk wear tester. The surface profiles of W6Mo5Cr4V2 matrix and coatings were measured by Dektak 150 profilometer. Their wear coefficient were calculated, so as to evaluate wear resistance. Finally, the obtained wear model and material coefficients were applied to the finite element model of cold extrusion, and the coatings were further evaluated.
