TA15钛合金高温拉伸晶体塑性有限元模型

【摘要】 在控形控性的要求下,需加深对钛合金高温变形微尺度变形行为的理解。本文建立了TA15钛合金高温拉伸变形晶体塑性模型,对其晶粒尺度变形不均匀性进行分析发现,在软-硬晶粒连接处的硬晶粒部分出现明显的应力集中。同时实现了TA15钛合金高温拉伸中晶体取向演化的准确预测,其单向拉伸稳态晶体取向为其中一个柱面垂直于拉伸方向。
【Abstract】 Under the requirement of controlling shape and property for components, it is necessary to provide in-depth insights into the microscale deformation behavior for titanium alloys during the hot deformation process. Crystal plasticity finite element model for TA15 titanium alloys during hot tension was proposed to study the deformation inhomogeneity, and found prominent stress concentrations at the hard grain through hard-soft combinations. In addition, this work has analysed the stable orientation for alpha titanium alloys during the tensile deformation, where one of the prismatic planes is parallel to the tensile direction, and realized the perfect forecast for TA15 titanium alloys during the hot tensile deformation.
