GCr15SiMoAl钢的热变形和热加工行为研究

【摘要】 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机在温度(℃):900、950、1000、1050、1100,应变速率(s-1):0.01、0.1、1、10的条件下对GCr15SiMoAl钢进行了真应变量为0.916的等温压缩试验。得到了其变形的应力应变曲线,在此基础上分析了材料的热变形行为并计算了热变形本构方程;利用动态材料模型(DMM)和Prasad失稳判据相结合绘制了GCr15SiMoAl的热加工图并分析了钢的热加工性能。
【Abstract】 The hot compression tests of GCrSi15MoAl steel were carried out on a Gleeble 3800 thermal simulation testing machine, with a temperature range of 900–1,100℃, a strain rate range of 1 × 10-2 to 1 × 101 s-1 and a final strain of 0.916. According to the obtained flow curves, the hot deformation behaviour of the steel was analysed and the constitutive equation was constructed. Finally, the processing maps of the steel were constructed via combining with the dynamic material model(DMM) and the Prasad instability criterion. And according to these maps, the hot working behavior of the steel was analyzed.
