铝合金复杂变截面蒙皮拉形工艺有限元仿真优化与试验验证
Finite Element Simulation Optimization and Experimental Verification on Stretching Forming of Aluminum Alloy Complex Variable Section Aircraft Skin

【摘要】 现代飞机为了实现良好的气动外形和隐身性能,常采用复杂形状铝合金蒙皮,这些蒙皮一般很难通过一道次成形,需采用多道次成形,本文选择一典型复杂变截面蒙皮零件,首先获取了材料在O态和W态的单向拉伸性能和成形极限图。然后基于Dynaform软件建立了与实际蒙皮拉形机参数吻合的拉形有限元模型。利用建立的模型计算得到了该零件在两道次成形下的合格零件。通过仿真与试验的应变对比,验证了本有限元分析方法的准确性。
【Abstract】 To achieve good aerodynamic and stealth performance, modern aircrafts often use the aluminum alloy complex shape skin, this kind of skin is hard to form through a single process but needs to be multi-pass formed, this paper selected a typical complex variable section skin part, obtained the material’s uniaxial tensile properties and forming limit diagram(FLD) in O state and W state. Then, the finite element model of stretch forming with the parameters of the actual stretching machine is established based on Dynaform. By using the model established, the qualified parts are obtained by twopass forming. The accuracy of the finite element analysis method is verified by comparing the strain between the simulation and the experiment.
