复杂变截面铝合金管件热态气压成形研究

【摘要】 热态气压成形技术是一种先进的成形方法,特别适用于轻质合金空心变截面复杂结构件成形。本文通过复杂变截面铝合金管件成形说明热态气压成形方法、优点及关键技术。进行了复杂变截面铝合金管件成形实验,分析了出现缺陷的原因,并通过调整成形条件成形出了复杂变截面管件。结果表明:采用热态气压成形技术可以实现复杂变截面零件的成形;热态气压成形过程中材料变形受多方面因素影响,如何控制成形条件是决定成形质量的关键。

【Abstract】 Hot metal gas forming is an advanced manufacturing technology, which is especially suitable for the forming of lightweight alloy with the characteristic of hollow and variable cross-section. In order to show the forming methods, advantages and key technologies of hot metal gas forming, the deformation process of aluminum alloy tubes with a complex variable cross-section is studied. Then, the reasons why there are defects are analyzed, and then the aluminum alloy tubes with a complex variable cross-section are formed through adjusting the forming conditions. The results show that the parts with a complex variable cross-section can be formed by hot metal gas forming. The deformation behavior of tubes in the process of hot metal gas forming is influenced by various factors, and how to control the forming conditions is the key to determine the quality of parts.
