激光烧结多孔钴铬合金结构对力学性能影响

【摘要】 钴铬合金是常用的人造骨骼材料。本文设计了4种常见的多孔单元结构模型,应用数值模拟(Abaqus)和实验验证(SLM成形后测量)方法,研究单元结构对多孔材料抗压强度、弹性模量和应力应变关系的影响;同时分析了相同结构的不同孔径大小对材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明交叉结构多孔材料的力学性能的最优,结构中的形状突变会导致力学性能大幅降低,孔径的增大会降低工件力学性能,但是性能减小速率会越来越慢。实验中所设计的A750和C结构的钴铬合金多孔骨具有较好的力学性能,可以应用于人造骨骼的制造。
【Abstract】 Cobalt chromium alloy is a kind of commonly used artificial bone material.Experimental designed 4 kinds of porous structure model,Application of numerical simulation(Abaqus) and experimental verification(measurement after SLM forming) method,study the effect of element structure on the compressive strength,elastic modulus and stress-strain relationship of porous materials;we also analysis the effect of different pore sizes of the same structure on the mechanical properties of the material.Experiments show that cross-structural support than a vertical structure,diameter increases will reduce the mechanical properties of the workpiece,but reducing the rate and smaller.The A750 and C structure of Co-Cr alloy porous bone have good mechanical properties and can be used in the manufacture of artificial bone.
