一种新型多层介质结构耦合谐振器滤波器
A novel lumped-element coupled-resonator bandpass filter constructed on multilayer substrates

【摘要】 设计了一种新型集总元件多层结构滤波器。在实现端口之间的耦合时,使用了缝隙电容结构,而非常见的金属绝缘体金属电容和垂直交指式电容。通过使用缝隙电容,避免了使用额外的传输线来连接电容,同时使滤波器的结构更加紧凑。测量结果与仿真结果吻合得非常好,都达到了滤波器的目标性能,从而证明了滤波器设计的有效性。
【Abstract】 A novel lumped-element coupled-resonator bandpass filter was proposed.Gap capacitor was used in this design to realize the coupling capacitor between input port and output port,rather than the commonly used mental-insulator-mental capacitor or vertically-interdigitated-capacitor.By using the gap capacitor,no additional transmission lines were introduced and the physical layout of the filter was compact.Good agreement between measured results and simulated results was observed,which shows the effectiveness of the design.
