高寒地区高速铁路基床表层沥青混凝土级配研究

【摘要】 沥青混凝土在防水损、防冻裂及耐久性方面均有较优异的表现。在路基面全断面铺设沥青混凝土可避免各种接缝的出现,从而隔断地表水下渗进入路基表层的路径,有效避免路基表层的冻胀。目前国内针对高寒地区高速铁路全断面沥青混凝土的设计、使用研究成果较少。本文对比了中国、日本、韩国关于铁路沥青混凝土的使用,并在此基础上进行了一系列室内试验,通过混合料体积指标、旋转压实次数、马歇尔强度指标、表面外观等四个方面比较,分析了三种不同级配范围沥青混凝土的物理、力学特性,提出了适合高寒地区高速铁路基床表层沥青混凝土的级配推荐范围。
【Abstract】 Asphalt concrete has an excellent performance in anti-water damage,anti-cracking and durability.Paving of asphalt concrete on the whole section of subgrade can avoid the occurrence of all kinds of joints,so as to cut off the way of surface water infiltration into the surface of the subgrade and effectively avoid the frost heaving of the surface of the subgrade.At present,there are few research results on the design and use of asphalt concrete for whole subgrade section of high-speed railway in cold regions.The application of asphalt concrete for railway in China,Japan and Korea are compared in this paper and based on this,a series of laboratory tests are carried out.the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt concrete in the range of three different aggregate gradations are analyzed from four aspects of mixture volume index,rotary compaction times,Marshall strength index and surface appearance.Finally an aggregate gradation range of asphalt concrete suitable for high-speed railway subgrade bed in cold regions is proposed.
