【摘要】 当前绿色食品产业总体处于快速发展阶段,发展过程中出现反复,综合判断依然处于成长期。处于成长期的绿色食品产业发展要求产业链条中出绿色食品产业核心产业外,其前向产业和后向产业都要发展,即产业链条中创新扮演越来越重要的角色,对于绿色食品产业处于优势地位的欠发地区而言,创新人才是产业发展过程中最重要的因素,然而在欠发达地区优势产业人才也存在严重的人才流失现象。建立"绿食谷"战略,"人才生活区"的设立是欠发达地区优势产业处于成长期吸引创新人才、留住创新人才的最佳选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green food industry in general is in rapid development stage,repeatedly appeared in the process of development,the comprehensive judgement is still in growth period.Besides the core industry in green food industry in the industry chain,the former to the industry and the industry after should develop,so innovation plays an increasingly important role in the industry chain,for green food industry in the dominant position of less hair areas in terms of innovative talents is the most important factors in the process of industrial development.The government should establish a "green food valley" strategy,the establishment of "talent living area" is the less-developed area advantage industry chips are attract innovative talents,retain the best choice of the innovative talents.更多还原
