【摘要】 目的分析麻风病患者抑郁状态与生存质量各维度间的相关关系。方法采用流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)和WHO生存质量简表(WHOQOL-bref)对广东省麻风病患者进行抑郁程度和生存质量调查,用多重线性回归方法分析抑郁程度得分与生存质量各维度间的关系和强度。结果共263名麻风病患者完成了调查,其中男性177名(67.3%),女性86名(32.7%)。131名(49.8%)调查对象有抑郁症状,有抑郁症状调查对象生存质量各维度评分均显著低于无抑郁症状对象。在各维度中,总生存质量和健康评分、生理健康、心理健康、社会关系和环境因素得分与抑郁症状的回归系数分别为-0.34、-0.322、-0.644、-0.424和0.244,除生存质量总评外,其他回归系数均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论广东省麻风病患者的抑郁症状发生率高,生存质量得分与CES-D得分有显著性关联,应采用多层次的干预措施防止麻风病患者抑郁症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlativity of depression and the dimensions of quality of life(QOL) of leprosy patient.Method The Center Epidemiological Studies of Depression Scale(CES-D) and WHO Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-bref) were used to assess the depression and QOL of leprosy patients in Guangdong Province,and their correlativity has been analyzed by the multiple linear regression analysis method.Result A total of 263 participants have completed the survey,include 177 males(67.3%)and 86 females(32.7%).Among them,131 participants(49.8%) have presented depression symptoms,and these people got significant lower scores in all the dimensions of QOL than people who have not depression symptom.The regression coefficients betweendepression and overall QOL,physical health,psychological,social relationship and environment were-0.34,-0.322,-0.644,-0.424 and 0.244,respectively.All the regression coefficients were got statistical significance(p<0.05),except overall QOL.Conclusion High depression symptom rate has been found in leprosy patients in Guangdong province,the QOL scores have significant correlations with CES-D score.Multilevel interventions should be taken to prevent the occurrence of depression of leprosy patients.更多还原
