【摘要】 目的:了解甘肃省麻风受累者麻风病相关知识了解情况,探索低流行状态下麻风病防治的有效途径。方法:在全省范围内对所有存活麻风受累者进行麻风病知识、态度及行为调查。结果:共获得有效问卷968份,93.08%的受调查者对麻风的传染源回答正确,78.62%的受调查者认为可以和家人同吃同住,88.53%的受调查者认为在专业医生指导下规则服药可以治愈,61.86%的受调查者认为治愈后可以结婚生子,90.5%的受调查者认为得了麻风只要坚持规则治疗不会发生畸残,85.33%的受调查者认为得了麻风应该去当地疾控中心就诊,59.09%的受调查者认为麻风病不会遗传。结论:麻风受累者基本知识知晓率比较满意,说明密切接触者患病的风险会得到控制,也可以尝试利用这部分人群进行高危人群和周围人群的健康宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation those affected by leprosy understand knowledge of leprosy-related in Gansu Province, to explore effective way controlling leprosy low prevalence condition. Methods In a province-wide for all those who survived for leprosy leprosy Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior Survey Results 968 valid questionnaires were obtained, 98.03% of those surveyed answered correctly about source of infection for leprosy, 78.62% of those surveyed believe that you can eat to live with family, 88.53% of those surveyed believe that rules taking can be cured under the guidance of professional doctors, 61.86% of those surveyed think that the cure can be married, 90.5% of those surveyed believe that had leprosy can not become deformities, if you insist on regular treatment, 85.33% of those surveyed think that had leprosy would go to see a doctor at local CDC, 59.09% of those surveyed believe that leprosy is not hereditary. Conclusions the awareness of people affected by leprosy are quite satisfactory to basic knowledge, To descript the risk of illness will be controlled to those close contact with leprosy, you can also try to carry health promotion that take advantage of this part to the high risk populations and around population.更多还原
