钢厂生产运行模式的仿真研究

【摘要】 为分析钢厂复杂生产组织行为的运行特征,基于钢厂生产流程的生产运行仿真研究,寻求生产运行模式及其主要影响因素之间的调控关系。论文建立了以炼钢生产流程网络的制造单元作为节点、以生产调度规则作为模型演化规则的元胞自动机仿真模型;通过现实钢厂的生产运行实例验证了基于该模型进行炼钢生产过程仿真的可靠性;通过对钢厂生产系统运行状态有直接影响的主要因素的变化情况进行仿真研究,以了解不同生产运行模式下的钢厂生产系统特征。研究结果可以为生产组织策略优化提供决策支持。
【Abstract】 In order to analyse the operation characters of the complex production behaviors in steel plant, a simulation model based on cellular automata is built to dig the relationship between the production operation mode and its main influencing factors. In the model, manufacturing units of the steelmaking process network is regarding as the nodes, and the production scheduling rules are abstracted as the model evolution rules. The simulation experiments with real process data shows that the model can effectively simulate the real steelmaking process. Based on the simulation of the change of factors which mainly influenced the system status, the operation system characteristics under different production operation mode is rigorously studied. The research results can provide decision support for the optimization of production organization strategy.
