磷化钢氧化铁皮压入缺陷描述与剥离机理研究

【摘要】 本文对现场酸洗后的磷化钢表面存在的黑点进行了微观分析与成分测定,结果判断为压入氧化铁皮缺陷。为了有效去除氧化铁皮保证带钢表面质量,采用拉矫-酸洗试验模拟了磷化钢表面氧化铁皮的剥离过程,并以延伸率表征酸洗前一道工序拉矫破鳞的程度,通过表面微观检测可知随着带钢延伸率的增加,试样表面裂纹数目及宽度不断增加;在进行不同时间的盐酸酸洗后,发现与无裂纹相比,裂纹的存在使得酸洗机理发生了改变,无裂纹酸洗以很慢的表面溶解为主,有裂纹以化学溶解和机械剥离相结合的方式进行酸洗,大大加快了酸洗程度。最后通过酸洗动力学曲线进一步验证了机械破鳞对于酸洗效率的提高起着关键性的作用,使得拉矫机破鳞与酸洗除鳞的结合更加有意义,为氧化铁皮的高效剥离创造了条件。
【Abstract】 This paper analysis and determination of micro components spots on steel surface after pickling phosphating site, the judgment is pressed into the scale defect. In order to effectively remove the oxide scale to ensure strip quality, the straightening and pickling tests on steel surface oxidation phosphating tin stripping process, and to extend the characterization of a pickling rate process of straightening and descaling degree by surface micro analysis showed that with the increase of strip elongation, the number and width of surface crack is increasing; in different time after compared with hydrochloric acid, no crack, crack due to the existence of pickling mechanism changed, no crack on the surface of the acid dissolved very slowly the main crack combined with chemical dissolution and mechanical stripping method for pickling, greatly accelerate the pickling degree. Finally further verified the mechanical kinetic curve of pickling Scale breaking plays a key role in the improvement of acid washing efficiency, which makes it more meaningful to combine the descaling of the straightening machine with the descaling process, thus creating the conditions for the complete stripping of the oxide scales.
