电炉粉尘中湿法回收锌时铁酸锌的有效处理方法研究

【摘要】 炼钢电炉的粉尘中含有较多的锌。由于粉尘中大量的锌以稳定的铁酸锌形式存在,使得锌不易浸出、回收。此外,残余锌的粉尘污染环境,处理代价昂贵。近年来,国内外开发了许多有效的新工艺从电炉粉尘中浸出回收锌。本文通过归纳分析的方法对这些处理铁酸锌以浸出锌的新工艺和新方法进行了全面的总结、分类,指出浸出锌的关键问题是活化铁酸锌中的锌,可以通过物理方法活化或通过焙烧把铁酸锌转化为易溶结构的化学方法。同时,对这些浸锌工艺的特点进行了分析,为经济、环保地回收电炉粉尘中的锌提供了更全面的解决思路。
【Abstract】 Electric arc furnace dust(EAFD) contains a high level of zinc. However, zinc can hardly be extracted because of the stable structure of zinc ferrite in the dust. This makes the residue difficult and costly to be dealt with. Some new routes involving leaching are effective to recover zinc from EAFD. The new zinc ferrite processing methods are inductively analyzed in this paper and the effective ways are classified. It is pointed that there are two kinds of effective methods to destroy the stable structure of zinc. One is physical activation method and the other one is chemical method in which zinc ferrite is converted to other soluble chemical form. Moreover, the characteristics of the processing methods are analyzed and discussed to give comprehensive information to design more economic and environmental friendly, more effective recovery route of zinc from EAFD.
