电铝热法冶炼FeV80合金用炉衬侵蚀过程分析

【摘要】 电铝热法生产FeV80渣线部位炉衬分为三层:第一个是挂渣层,主要物相有MgO·Al2O3、Al2O3和12CaO·7Al2O3;第二是反应层,主要包括MgO·Al2O3和Ca-Al-O;最后一个是渗透层,其主要组成物相是MgO、Ca-Al-O和Ca-Al-Mg-O。反应层中液态炉渣与MgO反应形成了大块状的MgO·Al2O3及较大的间隙,使液态炉渣在反应层中的传递变得容易。在渗透层中有少量的液态渣渗入,镁砂颗粒保持着很紧密的接触,液态炉渣沿镁砂颗粒呈网状分布。MgO进入炉渣主要是由于反应层MgO·Al2O3间填充的液态炉渣造成了炉衬的软化,大大降低了镁砂捣打炉衬的强度,在热应力、机械力等作用时,炉衬中大量的高熔点MgO·Al2O3相很容易通过挂渣层进入渣中,恶化FeV80冶炼工艺。
【Abstract】 The lining of the furnace producing FeV80 alloy is divided into three layers in the parts near slag line: The first layer is the slag adhesion, in which the main contents of the slag layer are MgO·Al2O3, Al2O3 and 12 CaO·7 Al2O3. The second is the reaction layer mainly including MgO·Al2O3 and Ca-Al-O. And the last is the permeation layer mainly component of MgO, Ca-Al-O and Ca-Al-Mg-O. In the reaction layer, the liquid slag can react with MgO to form the large MgO. Al2O3 lumpy and the larger clearance, which makes the transfer of liquid slag in the reaction layer easily. In the permeable layer, there is a small amount of liquid slag. The magnesia particles contacted closely, and the slag along the magnesia particles is distributed in a network. MgO get into the slag easily, it is mainly caused by the thermal stress and mechanical force on the loose lining with large MgO. Al2O3 lumpy filled by liquid slag, which reduce the strength of magnesia ramming furnace lining obviously and deteriorating the smelting process of FeV80 alloy.
