不同锻造工艺下Ti-6Al-4V合金热处理后组织和取向演化

【摘要】 在快锻液压机上对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了锻造变形,在锻坯的不同位置取样进行热处理,采用光学显微镜和背散射电子衍射技术研究不同锻造工艺下Ti-6Al-4V合金热处理后组织和取向的演化规律。在单向镦拔、换向镦拔两种不同锻造方式下,大变形区、小变形区及难变形的组织均匀性基本一致,两种锻造方式下锻坯不同区域的应变积累稍有差别,进而对α相织构的组分和分布产生显著影响。进一步研究α相的织构组分及分布可知:单向镦拔的小变形区和难变形区应变积累少,主要以{0001}基面滑移,形成基面织构,大变形区应变积累多,主要为{110}和{100}等柱面织构;而换向镦拔的不同区域织构组分较多且分布随机性较大。此外,两种锻造方式均能改善Ti-6Al-4V合金中α相的取向均匀性和织构集中,但换向镦拔优于单向镦拔。

【Abstract】 The Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy was subjected to forging process on a fast forging hydraulic press, samples taken from different locations of forging billet were subsequently carried out heat treatment. The microstructure and texture evolution of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy after heat treatment under different forging processes were investigated by Optical Microscopy and Electron Backscattered Diffraction. It turns out that the microstructures of Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy under different forging processes, unidirectional forging and cross upsetting and stretching, are nearly the same in the large deformation zone, small deformation zone and the difficult deformation zone. The difference of strain in different forging regions has significant effect on the composition and distribution of the α texture. Further observations indicate that, strain is less in the small deformation zone and the difficult deformation zone of the unidirectional forging, the slip system is mainly the {0001} basal plane and forms the basal texture, the strain is high in the large deformation zone and results in the {110} and {100} prismatic textures; but the texture components are more and distribute randomly in different regions of the cross upsetting and stretching forging. In addition, the two forging processes can both improve the orientation uniformity and texture concentration of α phase, while cross upsetting and stretching is better than unidirectional forging.
