Cu-Ni-P非晶钎料及其钎焊行为研究

【摘要】 Cu-Ni-P合金常用作Cu/CuCrZr材料连接钎料,但其钎焊接头中易出现Cu3P脆性相连续析出,导致相关接头性能不佳。针对这一问题,本文基于Cu-Ni-P三元相图特征,利用非晶合金团簇理论设计出Cu69Ni15P16成分,利用感应熔炼法和急冷甩带技术制备了上述成分的合金铸锭与箔带,分析了两种合金样品的凝固组织和熔化行为,并研究了Cu69Ni15P16箔带钎焊Cu/CuCrZr合金的接头组织与性能。结果表明:通过急冷甩带技术可以获得完全非晶态的Cu69Ni15P16箔带,由其钎焊获得的Cu/CuCrZr合金接头中的Cu3P相被Cu基固溶体所割裂,钎缝性能大为改善。
【Abstract】 Cu-Ni-P alloys are usually utilized as filler metals for brazing Cu/CuCrZr.However, the continuous brittle Cu3P phases are easily found in the relevant joint, which will worsen the property of the joint significantly.To overcome the shortcomings, the composition of Cu69Ni15P16 is design by the cluster theory for amorphous alloy in the present work basing on ternary Cu-Ni-P phase diagram, and the botton and ribbon samples were prepared by the induction smelting and melt-spinning method respectively.And the solidification structure and melting behavior of the above samples were investigated systematically, then the Cu69Ni15P16 melt-ribbon was used as filler metal to braze the Cu/CuCrZr alloys, and the micro-structure and properties of brazing joint were also examined.The results showed that fully amorphous-state Cu69Ni15P16.ribbons can be achieved by the melt-spun technique, and btain total amorphous substance ribbon, and the composition is And in the joint, that obtained by brazing the Cu/CuCrZr, have Cu3P brittle compound is refined and separated by Cu based solid solution phase in the Cu/CuCrZr joint brazed by the Cu69Ni15P16 amorphous ribbon, which enhances the properties of the resultant joint obviously.
