钨/低活化钢钎焊用Fe基非晶钎料研究

【摘要】 在DEMO聚变示范堆的偏滤器中,钨/低活化钢之间的有效连接至关重要。本文运用团簇合金设计理论结合单辊急冷技术开发出Fe60Mn15B16.67Si6.33Sn2箔状新非晶,并将其作为钎料应用于钨/低活化钢的连接,以此为基础研究了钎焊温度(1180-1220℃)与保温时间(1545min)对相关钎焊接头组织与性能的影响规律。最终结果表明:当钎焊温度为1220℃、钎焊时间为30min时,所获得的钎焊接头质量最优,其界面结合良好,无孔洞、裂纹等宏观缺陷,焊缝具有较高的剪切强度。
【Abstract】 The effective joining of tungsten and reduced activation steels is crucial for the divertor of developing demonstration fusion reactor(DEMO).The amorphous alloy composition of Fe60Mn15B16.67Si6.33Sn2 has been designed as a new filler metal in the present work by using the so-called cluster-formula alloy design method, andribbon sampleswere prepared through melt-spinning technique, then the amorphous filler metal was used to braze the tungsten and reduced activation steels, and the influences of welding temperature(11801220℃) and brazing time(1545 min)on the microstructure and property of brazed joints were investigated.The experimental results revealed that theholes and cracks-free brazing joint with high shear strength can be achieved at the welding temperature of 1220℃ with 30 minutes duration.
