中锰第三代汽车钢及其先进性
The Third Generation Automobile Steel of Medium Manganese and Its Advantages

【摘要】 介绍了中锰第三代汽车钢的发展思路与过程,中锰钢经逆相变退火处理后具有超细晶粒的铁素体+亚稳奥氏体组织,具有高强度和高塑性的力学性能特点,提高了零件的冷成形能力。基于中锰钢提出了温成形工艺,研究表明,在获得1500MPa汽车零件时,中锰钢温成形工艺的加热温度为800℃,较传统热成形钢降低150℃,表明几乎不发生脱碳现象,微观组织明显细化,断后伸长率提高到10%。
【Abstract】 The idea and progress of the third generation automobile steel of medium manganese are introduced. The duplex microstructure of ferrite and metastable austenite with ultrafine grain size are obtained after medium manganese steel being ART-annealing heat treatment, as well as the mechanical properties of high strength combine with good ductility, thus improves the cold forming ability. Warm stamping technology is proposed based on the medium manganese steel, the heat temperature for medium manganese steel to obtain automobile parts with tensile strength of 1500 MPa level is 800℃, which is lower by 150℃ than that of traditional hot stamping, and almost no decarburization occur during heating process, the microstructure of warm stamping parts is much finer than that of hot stamping, and the total elongation teach 10%.
