连续退火工艺条件下中锰TRIP钢的热处理工艺研究

【摘要】 对0.2C-5Mn中锰钢的相变规律、微观组织以及力学性能进行了研究,在此基础上分析了临界退火温度和临界退火时间对微观组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:当临界退火温度为700℃时,在冷却过程中发生明显的马氏体相变;在本文所设计工艺条件下,由于临界退火时间短其微观组织主要由铁素体、残余奥氏体以及渗碳体所构成;试样在650~700℃之间退火能获得良好性能,但是不同临界退火温度出现良好力学性能所需要的时间不一样,温度越高,所需要时间越短;675℃退火5 min时有最佳的力学性能,抗拉强度约为980 MPa,断后延伸率约为30%,强塑积接近30 GPa·%。
【Abstract】 The transformation, microstructure and mechanical properties of the 0.2 C-5 Mn TRIP steel with different intercritical annealing temperatures and time are investigated. The result shows when the intercritical annealing temperature is 700 ℃, an obvious martensitic transformation occurs during the cooling process, the microstructure of the steel was mainly comprised of ferrite, retained austenite and some of cementite, the cementite remained after intercritical annealing. The steel has good mechanical properties when the intercritical annealing temperature between 650 ~ 700 ℃, and with increasing the annealing temperature from 650 to 700 ℃, the time required to achieve the optimal mechanical property is decreased. The optimal mechanical properties of investigated steel with tensile strength of 980 MPa and total elongation of 30% can be obtained after annealing at 675 ℃ when the intercritical annealing time is 5 min.
