【摘要】 综述了浦项高锰钢产品系列的研究进展和应用情况,浦项已实现利用熔融锰铁合金的高锰钢生产技术的商用化,高锰钢在汽车、LNG储罐、油砂浆管、建筑等行业已实现商业化应用。分析了浦项在高锰钢产品开发和推广应用中值得借鉴的特点,包括以标准推动应用、持续推进解决方案式营销活动等。建议国内钢铁企业根据市场应用潜力确定重点开发高锰钢成分体系,重视用户使用解决方案的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research progress and application of POSCO high manganese steel products are reviewed, POSCO commercializes high manganese steel production technology based on molten Fe Mn alloy, high manganese steel products have been commercially applied in automobile, LNG storage tank, oil sands slurry pipe and building industry. The characteristics of Pohang in the development and popularization of high manganese steel products are analyzed. It is suggested that the domestic iron and steel enterprises should focus on the development of high manganese steel composition system according to the potential of market application, and pay attention to the study of users’ solutions.更多还原
