42CrMo钢在高浓度Cl~-溶液中的腐蚀行为研究

【摘要】 采用浸泡实验、电化学测试技术研究42 CrMo在不同质量浓度NaCl溶液中的平均腐蚀速率和电化学特性,并结合SEM扫描电镜对浸泡58 h后的挂片试样进行分析。结果表明,随着Cl~-浓度的不断增大,42CrMo钢的平均腐蚀速率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在Cl~-浓度为60 g/L时,平均腐蚀速率达到最大值为0.124 g/(m~2·h)。在常温、静态环境下,42CrMo在高浓度Cl~-溶液中以局部点蚀为主,电化学腐蚀过程主要受阴极去氧极化的控制。
【Abstract】 The average corrosion rate and electrochemical characteristics of 42CrMo in different mass concentrations of Na Cl solution were studied by immersion experiment and electrochemical testing technology,and combined with the scanning electron microscope(SEM)to analyze specimen after 58h immersion.Results show that the average corrosion rate of 42CrMo steel increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of chloride ion concentration,and the concentration of Cl~-is 60 g/L,the average corrosion rate reached a maximum of 0.124 g/(m~2·h).Under normal temperature and static environment,42CrMo is mainly local pitting in high concentration Cl~-solution,and the electrochemical corrosion control mainly by the cathodic oxygen depolarization control.
