钢铁冶金过程多尺度架构的研究概述

【摘要】 将时空多尺度理论引入到钢铁冶金过程研究中,以炼钢洁净度控制为切入点,简述了钢的洁净度控制过程存在时空多尺度结构。在国家"互联网+"与智能制造战略背景下进一步深化思考钢铁冶炼工艺与产品质量间多尺度关系研究的重要性。分析认为基于我国钢铁研究发展需要,未来钢铁冶炼过程中的现象与本质间多尺度关系基础研究可为钢铁行业智能化发展提供数据支撑。
【Abstract】 It is suitable for introducing the theory of space-time multiscale to the study on metallurgy process. Based on the controlling of cleanliness, the space-time multiscale structure of cleanliness controlling is illuminated. The importance of multi-scale study of iron and steel smelting process and product quality is deep considered in the context of national "Internet +" and intelligent manufacturing. Based on the needs of China’s iron and steel research development, it considers that the basic research of multi-scale relationship of phenomenon and nature in the process of iron and steel smelting can provide data support for the intelligent development of steel industry.
