基于电铸技术进行废旧结晶器再制造的探讨

【摘要】 铜质结晶器是连铸机心脏,也是冶金企业生产中的主要耗材之一。如何降低结晶器的消耗,提高其使用寿命是一个值得研究的话题。本文以小方坯结晶器为例,采用电铸技术对废旧结晶器进行了修复。对修复后结晶器经过不同温度热处理后的硬度进行了测试,测试结果表明电铸修复的结晶器具有硬度好,抗蠕变性能好的特点,能满足结晶器对铜质材料的性能要求。从电铸技术特点和电铸铜的性能来看,电铸技术用于废旧结晶器的再制造在技术上具有可行性。
【Abstract】 Mold is the heart of continuous casting machine, and is one of the main supplies of metallurgical production. How to reduce the consumption of mold, improve its service life is a worthy topic. In this paper, a billet mold was remanufactured using the electroforming technology. The results show that the remanufactured mold has the characteristics of good hardness and good creep resistance, which can meet the performance requirements of the mold for the copper material. From the characteristics of electroforming technology and the performance of electroformed copper, electroforming technology for the remanufacture of abandoned mold is feasible.
