新一代超高强度热成形钢的强塑化技术

【摘要】 随着世界各国汽车轻量化、节能减排环保、抗冲撞安全新材料的升级,超高强度级别(TS≥800~1800MPa)的先进高强度钢AHSS汽车板成为汽车业与钢铁业的开发热点。由于超高强度钢UHSS汽车板在冷冲压过程中存在严重回弹、起皱、开裂和成形极限等问题,热冲压以其高精度、无回弹、无缺陷、低冲压载荷等优点使超高强度TS1500级热成形钢构件在全球得到发展和应用,但其低塑性(总伸长率TE?6%)成为在冲撞应力超过屈服强度时(sI>YS1150MPa)发生脆性断裂的隐患。为提高热成形构件的抗脆断能力,一种方法是拼接式分区热成形(Tailored Hot Stamping)使构件局部区域强度降低、塑性提高;另一种方法是开发新一代热成形钢,提高整体构件的伸长率(TE?15%)、强塑积(PSE≥20GPa×%)和抗脆断能力。本文介绍了国内外新一代热成形钢的强塑化方法及其TS800、TS1000、TS1200、TS1500级系列化超高强塑性钢(TE≥15%~25%)的先进热冲压处理AHST技术。与此同时,美国纳米钢公司NanoSteel开发了冷冲压用NXG 1200级超高强度钢,2016年4月在AK钢公司生产线试制出冷轧带卷,性能达到TS=1188MPa、YS=378MPa、TE=54.6%、UE=51.5%,具有竞争力和有益启示。

【Abstract】 With the upgrade of new auto-materials for weight-lightening, energy-saving, emission-control and collisionresistant safety, the ultra-high-strength grades of AHSS with TS≥800~1800 MPa have been focused by auto & steel industry. Due to the serious spring back, wrinkling, tear crack and forming limit occured in cold stamping of UHSS, hot stamping technology has been developed globally with advantages in high-geometry-accuracy TS1500 MPa grade auto-parts without any spring-back, wrinkling and forming-limit under low stamping load. While the low ductility TE?6% is the hidden trouble in brittle fracture once high-collision-stress sI>YS1150 MPa occurs. To increase the ductility of hot-stamped UHSS auto-parts, one method is tailored hot stamping to decrease the strength for better elongation in certain local area; another method is to develop a new generation of hot stamping steel with higher ductility TE?15% for the whole components. In the present paper, the strengthening-plasticizing method for the new generation of hot-stamping-steel TS800、TS1000、TS1200、TS1500 with TE≥15%~25% is introduced through advanced-hot-stamping-treatment AHST. Meanwhile, NanoSteel company in USA developed NXG 1200 steel for cold stamping, and AK Steel made production trial of cold-rolled strip with property TS=1188 MPa、YS=378 MPa、TE=54.6%、UE=51.5% in April 2016. It is competitive and enlightening.
