中厚板电阻闪光焊线能量试验研究

【摘要】 焊接线能量是常规电弧焊中的一个重要参数,对焊接接头性能有很重要的影响,但在电阻闪光焊中尚无此概念。本文分析了电阻闪光焊工艺特点,在焊接实验的基础上,提出了中厚板电阻闪光焊线能量概念及其计算方法总线能量指在预热、烧化、顶锻等焊接全过程的通电热输入,有效线能量则只指最终接头上承受热输入。在闪光焊过程中,大部分加热金属被烧化、挤出,少部分的加热金属锻挤成焊接接头,所以有效线能量只是总线能量的一部分。对于8.0~18.0mm钢板,闪光焊总线能量为4.5~24.1 kJ/mm,有效线能量为1.0~4.6 kJ/mm。结合15mm规格新型车轮进行了有效的试验分析,有趣的是其计算的有效线能量处于同规格钢种常用的埋弧焊单道线能量范围内。

【Abstract】 Heat input is an key parameter for arc welding and has obvious effect on the properties of welded joint, but it is not mentioned in electric flush welding until now. In this article electric resistance flush welding was analysed, and heat input and its calculation mechod were proposed based upon welding experiments of medium thickness wheel steels. Total heat input is the electric resistance heat during the whole welding process starting from preheating, burning to squeezing, while effective heat input refers to heat input for the finished joint. During flush wedlng most heated metal were burnt and squeezed out, so effective heat input is just part of total heat input. For 8.0 mm to 18.0 mm thick steel plates, total heat inputs are from 4.5 kJ/mm to 24.1 kJ/mm, and effective heat inputs are from 1.0 kJ/mm to 4.6 kJ/mm. Focused on 15 mm thick new type wheel steel the welding experiment and analysis were carried out in terms of heat input. Interestingly the effective heat input is in the normal range of single pass heat input of submerged welding for the similar thickness steel.
