连续热镀锌锌花不均影响因素及作用机理

【摘要】 本研究使用共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针及化学定容方法研究了产生问题的原因及主要影响因素的作用机理。结果表明:热轧酸洗基板的表面粗糙度及钢中碳化物的分布以及带头带尾铁锌层增厚等是造成锌花不均匀的主要因素。随着基板粗糙度的增加,带钢在出锌锅冷却过程中形核点增加,表面积增大,在加热过程中吸热速率快,带头带尾厚度又大于带中导致头尾部含有的核心热增多,使头尾温度高于带中,进锌锅后铁锌反应剧烈且时间较长,铁锌合金层增厚;当钢中碳化物主要沿着铁素体晶界分布时,Fe2Al5的形成受到限制,使Al的消耗量增加,锌层附近的Al含量降低,使得锌液的流动性下降,导致锌液中的Pb和Sb有充足的时间向枝晶偏析,增加了枝晶的增长速度,形成了大锌花。

【Abstract】 This study used confocal microscope, scanning electron microscope, electron probe and chemical determination method to study the causes of the problems and the mechanism of the main influencing factors.The results show that the surface roughness of hot-rolled acid-washed substrate and the distribution of carbides in steel and the thickening of the lead belt are the main factors that cause the inhomogeneity of the zinc flowers.With the increase of substrate roughness, strip steel in the process of the zinc pot cooling nucleation point increase, increases surface area, absorption of heat faster, in the process of heating in the lead the thickness of the tail and larger than lead to increase in the number of core thermal head tail contains, in the end temperature is higher than the belt, iron zinc in zinc pot after violent reactions and for a long time, iron, zinc alloy layer thickening;When main along the ferrite grain boundary carbides distribution in steel, the formation of Fe2Al5 is restricted, increase the consumption of Al, zinc layer near the lower Al content, make the liquid zinc liquid drops, causes the Pb and Sb in the liquid zinc have plenty of time to the dendritic segregation, increased the dendrite growth, formed the big zinc grain.
