钒在高强度钢中的析出动力学研究

【摘要】 为了优化HRB500钢的热轧工艺,使钢中的钒微合金化元素充分析出,达到提高钢材强度的目的,采用水钢生产的φ25mm HRB500钒微合金化钢筋,用Gleeble-1500D进行了压缩热模拟实验,用透射电镜对实验后的试样进行了微观分析,得出结论:钒氮微合金化钢筋的析出动力学曲线呈"C"形曲线,鼻尖温度随轧制变形量的增加而降低;当轧制变形量为0.2~0.5时,鼻尖温度为850℃左右,在3s内便可完成析出过程;为了使加入钢筋中的钒微合金元素最大限度地以第二相质点的形式析出,充分发挥微合金元素的弥散强化与细晶强化作用,在钢筋的轧制过程中最后一道轧制的变形量应大于0.2,同时轧后加速冷却的开始温度应低于850℃,在终轧温度至850℃的温度范围内慢冷。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize hot rolling process of HRB500 to make vanadium microalloying element fully precipitate to improve strength of steel, compressive thermal simulative experiments are done by Gleeble-1500 D with φ25 mm HRB500 vanadium microalloying steel bar, samples after the thermal simulative experiments are analyzed by transmission electron microscope(TEM) and the following results are obtained: precipitation dynamics curves of vanadium-nitrogen microalloying steel appear as "C" shape, the nose temperature decreases as rolling reduction increases; when rolling reduction is 0.2~0.5, the nose temperature is 850 ℃or so, precipitation finishes within 3 seconds; in order to make vanadium microalloying element in steel fully precipitate in form of second phase particles to make full use of dispersion strengthening and grain refinement strengthening of microalloying element, reduction of the last rolling process should be larger than 0.2, start temperature of accelerated cooling after rolling should be lower than 850℃ and slow cooling is needed from final rolling temperature to 850℃.
