耐海水腐蚀不锈钢/碳钢复合带肋钢筋轧制技术
Rolling Technology for Stainless Steel/Carbon Steel Composite Rebar with Seawater Corrosion Resistance

【摘要】 海洋工程用的带肋钢筋要求具有耐氯离子腐蚀能力,多采用奥氏体或奥氏体-马氏体类型不锈钢,导致材料成本居高不下。利用有限元方法模拟不锈钢/碳钢复合带肋钢筋的热轧过程,分析覆层在轧制过程尤其是成品孔型的变形规律。覆层采用2205双相不锈钢,基材为低合金钢20MnSi,分析发现钢筋横肋根部的应变最大,覆层在此位置减薄明显。实验室采用焊接和真空处理制坯,1200℃加热,950℃终轧的四道次的轧制试验,制备了直径16mm的热轧复合钢筋。复合钢筋的覆层和基材界面有良好的冶金结合,Fe和Cr的扩散层厚度40μm。复合钢筋纵剖冷弯试验无覆层剥离现象,界面剪切强度达到317.5MPa,复合钢筋的屈服强度485MPa,抗拉强度701MPa,断后延伸率约37.1%,各项指标达到带肋钢筋HRB400级别。该生产工艺的复合带肋钢筋的生产成本较不锈钢降低50%以上。
【Abstract】 The ribbed reinforced bar for marine engineering requires the corrosion resistance ability of chloride ion. The austenitic or austenitic martensitic stainless steels are often used to make bar, which leads to high material cost. The finite element method is used to simulate the hot rolling process of stainless steel/carbon steel composite ribbed steel, 2205 duplex stainless steel as cladding, low-alloy steel 20 MnSi as the substrate. It is found that the maximum strain exists at roots of transverse ribs of rebar, clad layer thinning significantly at the same place in finished pass. The hot rolled composite steel rebars with diameter 16 mm were prepared by welding and vacuum treatment for billets, heating at 1200 degrees and four times final rolling at 950 degrees. The interface of cladding layer and substrate of the composite rebar has good metallurgical bonding and Fe and Cr element diffusion layer thickness of 40μm. There is no delamination in the cold bending test of the steel bars after longitudinal cutting. The interfacial shear strength reaches 317.5 MPa. The composite steel yield strength is 485 MPa, tensile strength 701 MPa, elongation of about 37.1%. The index reaches requirement of the grade HRB400 in GB standard. The production cost of the composite ribbed steel bar of the production process is reduced by more than 50% than that of the stainless steel.
