冷轧半自动包装技术优化与实践

【摘要】 通过模拟运输条件进行冷轧包装卷浸水、浇水试验,对包装材料和方案进行改善,逐渐形成与不同用户不同产品定位相符合的简包、普包以及各种精包装方案体系,满足了不同用户和目标市场对不同冷轧产品差异化包装的要求。对半自动包装机组相关技术进行持续优化,形成了包装系统化操作规程和技术规范,做到包装机组操作标准化、定制化、规范化和目视化,确保冷轧产品包装质量的高效稳定,满足主线高速稳定和高产对包装高质量需求。
【Abstract】 By the water immersion test and watering test of cold rolled packaging under simulating transport conditions, the materials and methods of cold rolling packaging were improved. The packaging solution system has been formed gradually, in which simple packaging or normal packaging or elaborative packaging can be chosen according to different users and different product positioning. It is satisfied the requirements that different users and different target markets need different packaging of different cold rolled product. Technologies of semi-automatic packaging units have been optimized continually. The packaging systematic operation procedures and technical specifications have been formed. The operation of packaging units has been of standardization, customization, normalization and visualization. The packaging quality of cold rolled product has been ensured of high stability. It has been met the high quality requirements of packaging in mainline of high speed stability and high yield.
