冷却速率对高铝低硅TRIP钢组织性能及织构组成的影响

【摘要】 通过对冷轧TRIP钢进行连续退火处理,最后冷却阶段采用不同冷却方式进行处理,获得1 mm厚的热处理薄板。采用扫描电镜对试样不同组成相进行金相、EBSD形貌和织构分析,并对不同工艺试样进行力学性能测试。研究表明,连续退火处理后,钢中组织主要由铁素体、贝氏体和残余奥氏体组成。空冷处理后,抗拉强度为690 MPa,延伸率为32%。最终冷却方式改为水淬后,实验钢中贝氏体增多,残余奥氏体稳定性增大,抗拉强度增大,延伸率下降。钢中存在{113}<110>、{111}<112>、{011}<100>和{331}<136>四种主要织构,两种工艺钢中{113}<110>织构变化不大,空冷改为水淬之后,{011}<100>和{331}<136>织构减少,{111}<112>织构增多。

【Abstract】 After continuous annealing the cold rolled TRIP steel sheets were cooled with two different cooling modes and sheets of 1 mm thick were obtained. The phase components, EBSD morphology and texture distribution of the specimen were observed and analyzed with field emission SEM. The retained austenite content was measured by EBSD analysis. Mechanical properties were tested by universal testing machine. The results indicate that the microstructures of specimens were both mainly composed by ferrite, bainite and retained austenite. When cooled in the air, the tensile strength of experimental TRIP steel was 690 MPa and the percentage of elongation was 32%. After cooled by water quenching, in the microstructure of the steel more bainite was observed. The tensile strength increased and the percentage of elongation decreased. Four textures, {113} <110>、{111} <112>、{011} <100>和{331} <136>, existed in the specimens of two annealing processes. The texture {113} <110> nearly performed the same morphology. The volume fraction of {111} <112>was obvious increased in the steel sheet which was cooled by water quenching than by air cooling.
