大型镶套式支撑辊过盈量调控技术的研究

【摘要】 大型镶套式支撑辊由于刚度大、韧性好、硬度高、耐磨性良好等优点,在实际生产中获得了大量的应用。由于受到周期性作用力,其辊套与芯辊之间的过盈量逐渐降低导致轧辊失效,严重影响了轧辊使用寿命。为了解决该问题,本文提出了大型镶套式支撑辊过盈量调控技术,并以φ1400×1420镶套式支撑辊作为研究对象,建立了电磁-热-力耦合数学模型,并依托物理模拟平台对模型进行验证。利用验证后的模型,分析了本技术对辊套和芯辊间过盈量的调节作用。结果表明:该技术可以有效的增加补偿辊套和芯辊接触面之间的过盈量,补偿界面磨损导致的孔隙;同时增加支撑辊凸度,补偿支撑辊挠曲量,也可以使支撑辊出现特定的辊型,从而改善板形。
【Abstract】 Large-size sleeved backup roller was becoming widely used because of its high stiffness, ductile, hardness and wear resistance. Long-time cyclic heavy-load could decline magnitude of interference of roll shell and roll core, which would shorten the service life of roller. Control technique for magnitude of interference of large-size sleeved backup roller was proposed to prevent the decline of interference, and the finite element model of a φ1400×1420 size sleeved backup roller was created and verified. The regulating effect on magnitude of interference of the technique was analyzed with the finite element calculation. The analysis shows that the technique can successfully compensate interference of large-size sleeved backup roller, and also can produce specific roll shape to obtain good profiles of strip.
