高品质切割钢丝中夹杂物控制技术研究

【摘要】 本研究针对切割丝生产中夹杂物控制这一核心技术,原创性提出应将夹杂物控制为MnO-Al2O3-SiO2/SiO2复相体系,并深入地揭示了夹杂物的控制机理。通过控制MnO-Al2O3-SiO2夹杂物中析出SiO2而形成MnO-Al2O3-SiO2/SiO2复相结构,利用不变形的SiO2在多道次热轧与冷拉拔过程中分割塑性变形的MnO-Al2O3-SiO2母体相,实现夹杂物最终尺寸的极细小化。基于这一夹杂物控制目标,本研究首次在国内开发成功高品质切割丝(0.110.12mm直径规格),连续拉拔超过29000km以上不断丝。

【Abstract】 A innovative technical concept was proposed on the control of inclusions in saw wires in this paper, which targets the formation of multi-phased MnO-Al2O3-SiO2/SiO2 inclusions. Related mechanisms on control of inclusions can be described as following: multi-phased MnO-Al2O3-SiO2/SiO2 inclusions were featured by un-deformable SiO2 precipitating on the plastic MnO-SiO2-Al2O3 inclusion matrix;(2) Because of distinctive deformability, the un-deformable SiO2 would help to "cut" the ever-deforming MnO-SiO2-Al2O3 matrix into tiny strips with the proceeding of multi-pass hot rolling and cold drawing;(3) in the end, extremely minized sizes of inclusions would be obtained. Based on this method, domestic production of saw wire(with diameter about 0.110.12 mm) in China was successully realized for the first time, which can be continuously cold drawn to a length of more than 29000 km without breakages.
