铁酸钙球团在转炉铁水脱磷预处理中的应用

【摘要】 为了满足转炉炼钢化渣和铁水脱磷的需求,在实验室条件下研究开发了铁酸钙球团。采用的方法是以不同配比的石灰粉(筛下物)和铁的氧化物为原料试制铁酸钙球团,在电阻炉测定铁酸钙球团的熔化性能以此作为配方的依据。测试结果表明,配方C具有较好的熔化性,由此制作铁酸钙球团,铁酸钙与石灰的配料比例为(1.5~2):1。在120t转炉中把铁酸钙球团作为脱磷剂用于双渣冶炼中的转炉前期脱磷工艺并与原工艺相比较,结果表明,与原工艺相比,加铁酸钙球团的炉次转炉前期脱磷率稳定在50~60%,磷的分配比平均为55.9,均好于原工艺的脱磷效果;炉渣中T.Fe含量和炉渣碱度较稳定,炉渣岩相中低熔点物质较多,流动性好。同时加铁酸钙球团的炉次石灰的加入量也有所降低。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the demands of slag formation without fluorite and hot metal dephosphorization pretreatment, the calcium ferrite pellet is developed in laboratory. The lime and iron oxides combining in different proportion are used as raw material of the calcium ferrite pellet. The melting properties of the calcium ferrite pellet is determined in resistance furnace as basis for the optimum recipe. The results of test show that the recipe C has better melting, which is used as composition of the calcium ferrite pellet. The melting characteristic of the proper proportion for the calcium ferrite and lime being(1.5~2):1 is the best. The calcium ferrite pellet is used as the dephosphorizing agent in the hot metal dephosphorization pretreatment during the earlier stage of smelting process of 120 t converter. The experimental results of the hot metal dephosphorization pretreatment between two processes are compared. The results show that the dephosphorization rate reaches to 50 ~60% steadily and the phosphorus distribution ratio is averagely 55.9, which is both higher than that without the calcium ferrite pellet. The slag basicity and total iron content in slag are more stable and have little fluctuation by the slag formation of the calcium ferrite pellet than that without the calcium ferrite pellet. According to the analysis results of slag petrographic there are many the materials of low melting point and better fluidity in slag by the slag formation of calcium ferrite pellet than that without the calcium ferrite pellet.
