结晶器电磁搅拌对连铸GCr15钢温度场分布的影响

【摘要】 以某钢厂结晶器电磁搅拌作用下连铸GCr15钢为研究对象,基于有限体积法建立铸坯三维温度场模型,分析结晶器电磁搅拌对铸坯温度场分布的影响。研究表明,电磁搅拌产生的电磁力使结晶器内钢液传热速度加快,热区位置提高,钢液向壁面传热加快,铸坯内部温度降低,坯壳生长加快,二冷区出口凝固率增加。随着电流强度增大,二冷区铸坯温度降低,坯壳增长速度加快。
【Abstract】 Based on GCr15 steel billet continuous casting with mold electromagnetic stirring(M-EMS),the temperature field distribution was studied. The method of finite volume method was used to establish three-dimensional temperature field model. The results shows that the heat transfer rate of molten steel accelerated in the mold by the electromagnetic force, which generated by electromagnetic stirring. The hot spot position improved. The heat transfer from molten steel to wall accelerated. The inner temperature of billet decreased, the growth of shell accelerated, the solidification rate of secondary cold zone outlet increased.With the current intensity increase, the temperature of secondary cold zone decreases, and the shell growth rate accelerates.
