双伺服电机同步驱动连铸结晶器非正弦振动装置

【摘要】 通过改变伺服电机转速实现连铸结晶器非正弦振动波形偏斜率的在线调节,提出一种新型双伺服电机空间双侧同步驱动结晶器的振动装置。首先阐述装置的工作原理,并建立装置的三维模型;其次,分析了正弦与非正弦振动波形的特点,并绘制德马克,整体函数,复合函数非正弦振动的波形曲线,给出实现不同波形偏心轴的角速度的计算方法。该装置的研究对于进一步发挥非正弦振动的特性,提高铸坯质量有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 By control angular speed of servomotor to realize modification ratio of continuous casting mold non-sinusoidal oscillation adjusted online, a new oscillator synchronously driven by two spatial servomotors was proposed. Firstly, the working principle of the oscillator was described. And the three-dimensional model of the system was established. Secondly, the characteristic of sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform was analyzed. Meanwhile, non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform of DEMAG, entire and composite function were given. And the angular speed calculation method of servomotor was presented. The investigation of oscillator will provide reference for realizing the characteristic of non-sinusoidal oscillation further and improving the quality of slab.
