稀土在30CrMnMo钢中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文以中碳低合金30CrM nM o钢为研究对象,在连铸结晶器中喂入稀土丝,以期最终产品获得良好的力学性能。试验结果表明,在结晶器两侧喂入稀土丝,可使稀土元素分布均匀,且收得率可达95%以上,同时稀土加入后改变了钢中夹杂物形态,使钢板的横向冲击韧性得到提高,而钢板的拉伸、硬度未得到提高。
【Abstract】 This article introduce an experimentation that rare-earth thread is put in cast crystallizer liquid steel of 30 CrM nM o steel. Final produts expect to gain favorable mechanical property. The results of experimentation proved that the distribute of rare-earth element is well-proportioned in steel, and the percent of rare-earth element is up 95%, and the inclusions of shape are changed in steel. It will improve impact ductility of steel, but it can not improve intensity and hardness of steel.
