真空感应炉冶炼含氮高合金钢控氮工艺
The Process of Controlling Nitrogen in the High Alloy Steel Melting in the Vacuum Induction Furnance

【摘要】 实验研究了30kg真空感应炉冶炼含氮合金钢9Cr(0.01%~0.03%N),采用充入不同压力的氮气进行保护的渗氮工艺。结果表明:真空感应炉采用氮气渗氮,渗氮时间为15min,能够达到该氮分压下的平衡氮含量;使用Factsage软件计算的氮分压与氮含量之间的关系与经验公式计算的值相吻合,该经验公式适用于中低氮高合金钢的控氮工艺研究;采用6kP a的氮分压渗氮时间约为15min,能够保证9Cr钢中氮含量在目标范围内。
【Abstract】 This paper is mainly focused on the nitrogen alloying by using the nitrogen atmosphere only under different pressure in the 30 kg vacuum induction furnace(VIM) for remelting the Cr9( 0.01%~0.03%N). The conclusions can be drawn through analyzing the results: the content of nitrogen in the steel under different partial pressure of N2 after 15 minutes will be reached to the equilibrium content; The relationship between the nitrogen partial pressure and the nitrogen content calculated by the Factsage software is consistent with the value calculated from the empirical formula. The empirical formula is applicable to the nitrogen control process of medium and low nitrogen high alloy steels; When the pressure of the nitrogen is 6 kP a and the nitriding time is 15 min, the content of nitrogen in the molten steel is just aimed in the nitrogen range of the 9 Cr.
