传动壳体铸铁件的数值模拟和铸造工艺优化

【摘要】 根据传动壳体铸铁件的结构特点、工作要求及生产性质等,对传动壳体进行铸造工艺设计。对零件设计了两个铸造工艺方案,采用金属液由铸件上下端面处引入的封闭式浇注系统,用SolidW orks软件建立铸件的三维模型,运用华铸CAE8.0软件对传动壳体凝固过程进行数值模拟。通过模拟结果和分析选择较好的方案,通过改进远离直浇道处设置一个搭边暗冒口的方法优化铸造工艺。结果表明,铸造工艺出品率提高20%达到了88.92%,铸件部分已无明显缩孔缩松缺陷,铸件符合要求。

【Abstract】 The casting process of cast iron transmission shell body was designed according to the structrue characteristics requirements and productive characteristic of the castings. Two casting process were designed for the parts, and the enclosed pouring system was introduced by the metal liquid from the upper and lower end of the casting. The three-dimensional model of the casting was built by SolidW orks software. The casting simulation software Huazhu CAE 8.0 was employed to simulate the solidification process of the casting. According to the results of numerical simulation and analysis, the casting process was optimized. A side-blind riser which kept away from sprue was designed to feed the casting. The results show that the process production rate reach to 88.92% increasing by 20%, while the shrinkage defects are basically eliminated and the cast meets product requirements.
