非等温条件下中间包夹杂物的运动行为

【摘要】 采用数值模拟与工业试验相结合的研究方法,将钢包和中间包视为一个整体,分析了在非等温条件下,中间包内夹杂物颗粒运动行为的规律。数值模拟结果表明,在浇注过程的前期,<30mm夹杂物由于流体的离心运动,难以上浮和去除。在浇注中后期,跟随流体沿中间包底部流出中间包,去除效果进一步变差。80t中间包的工业实验结果表明,通过在中间包底部吹入氩气的方式,改善了<30mm夹杂物去除条件,中间包底吹氩气后,T.[O]平均值降低了1.5ppm,中间包N平均值降低了3ppm。分别对采用底吹氩气、未采用底吹氩气铸坯试样进行了1607mm~2、1599mm~2电镜扫描,中间包底吹氩气前,铸坯中10-20μm、20-50μm、>50μm夹杂物的数量密度分别为42.46、6.44、0.88个/100mm~2;中间包底吹氩气后,铸坯中10-20μm、20-50μm、>50μm夹杂物的数量密度分别为33.66、6.35、0.25个/100mm~2。

【Abstract】 On non-isothermal condition, inclusions movement behavior in tundish is studied, by means of Mathematical simulation and industrial experiment. Simulation results shows, during the earlier stage of continuous casting period, inclusions with different sizes tend to separate, and removing rate of inclusions with size smaller than 30 μm get reduced, because these small inclusions get into the center of vertex region caused by liquid flow. While during the later stage,,inclusions smaller than 30 μm get worse and worse, some even gets out of tundish. Industrial experiment carried out in 80 tons tundish results show that, with bottom-blowing in tundish, it changes the inclusions movement behavior in tundish, inclusions removing effect in tundish get improved. After bottom-blowing in tundish, T.[O] in tundish is reduced 1.5 ppm, and N is reduced 3 ppm. Before bottom-blowing in tundish, the inclusions quantity of 10-20μm, 20-50μm, >50μm is 42.46, 6.44, 0.88-/100 mm~2,while after bottom-blowing, it is 33.66, 6.35, 0.25-/100 mm~2, which is reduced by 20.7%, 1.4%, 71.6%-/100 mm~2 respectively.
