IF钢铸坯表层大尺寸夹杂物分布的研究
Research on the Distribution of Large Inclusions in the Surface Layer of IF Steel Slab

【摘要】 为减少IF钢产品表面质量缺陷,明确铸坯厚度方向洁净度的差异性,对立弯式板坯连铸机生产的IF钢连铸坯沿宽度方向不同位置截取50mm×70mm面积的金相试样,采用Aspex explorer自动扫描电镜,对每个试样距内弧表面20mm内每隔1mm的夹杂物的成分、形貌、数量、分布等特征进行检测统计。结果表明,铸坯表层夹杂物主要为簇群状Al2O3,尺寸在20μm到300μm均有分布,其次还有"气泡+Al2O3"类夹杂物、Al-Ti复合类夹杂物等,这些大尺寸夹杂物主要在距内弧表面1-2mm处、6mm左右及14-16mm处数量密度较大,这跟结晶器内钢液流场密切相关。
【Abstract】 To decrease the surface defects on IF steel and clear differences of the purity in thickness direction of the slab, metallographic samples of 50 mm×70 mm were specially prepared from IF steel slab produced by vertical bending continuous casting, and the composition, morphology, quantity and distribution of inclusions were inspected by the automatic secondary electron microscopy ASPEX explorer from the inner arc within 20 mm by every 1 mm. It was found most majority of large inclusion were alumina clusters within 20300μm, and the others were the "bubble + Al2O3" type, Al-Ti composite inclusions, etc. These large inclusions are mainly in the area of 12 mm, 6 mm and 1416 mm, which is closely related to the fluid flow field in the mold.
