连铸重压下技术研究及其应用
The Study and Application of Strand Heavy Reduction in Continuous Casting Process

【摘要】 连铸坯重压下技术是改善铸坯中心疏松,提升铸坯致密度的有效手段。本文简述了国内外在此方面的工程实践进展,介绍了东北大学自主开发的连铸坯凝固末端重压下新工艺,包括关键工艺控制技术与相应的重压下装备设计要求,以及在唐钢宽厚板坯连铸机和攀钢大方坯连铸机的工业应用效果。
【Abstract】 Heavy reduction is an effective method to improve center porosity of continuous casting strand. In this paper, the exploratory research and progress in heavy reduction area were presented, and the key technologies and industrial application results in Tanshan Steel and Panzhihua Steel of self-developed heavy reduction process by Northeastern University were introduced.
