烧结炼铁协同处置含铬污泥的应用研究

【摘要】 通过烧结炼铁规模化试验考察了配入含铬污泥后对烧结工况、产品和烧结、炼铁环保指标的影响。试验结果表明,当铬泥配入比例低于0.05%,对烧结工况、烧结产品和炼铁工序环保无明显影响;对铬平衡进行了分析,表明铬泥中的铬元素是通过烧结矿流向铁水,说明烧结炼铁协同处置含铬污泥不会对烧结和炼铁环保带来二次污染。

【Abstract】 The effects of chromium-containing sludge on sintering conditions, products, sintering and ironmaking environmental protection influences were investigated by scale test of sintering and ironmaking. The results showed that when the proportion of chromium-containing sludge was less than 0.05%, there were no obvious influences on the sintering condition, sintering products and the environmental protection of ironmaking process. Chromium balance was analyzed, indicating that chromium in chromium-containing sludge flowed from sintering section to ironmaking section, indicating that the sintering and ironmaking co-disposal of chromium-containing sludge would not bring secondary pollution to sintering and ironmaking processes.
